Luke Hertigan, a senior at Danvers High School, will be graduating this month after being a member of The Flying Onion since his sophomore year.
Throughout his tenure with us, he wrote many articles, including one about Ramadan traditions, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s relationship, the senior spotlight on Bubba Martin, and several articles about DHS sports and New England sports teams like the Patriots.
According to his younger sister, Luke played varsity soccer for his fall sport, and was a member of the track team in winter and spring. He is employed at Supino’s and conducted his senior internship in occupational therapy at the Cummings Center in Beverly. In the future, he plans to pursue a bachelor’s degree in psychology at Providence College in Rhode Island.
We at The Flying Onion wish him the best of luck as he continues to succeed outside of Danvers High School.
